Use Google Assistant on Your TV With Chromecast Visual Responses If you own a Google Home and Chromecast you can now have Google Assistant show weather and a list of YouTube videos on your Chromecast. You will need a Chromecast 2nd generation or Chromecast Ultra and a Google Home device. After you have linked the devices to your account and they are on the same network you are ready to begin. This will NOT work on Android TV, Chromecast 1st Gen or Chromecast Built-In.
